HOW TO ASSEMBLE
1. Manually clean all parts of this keg with warm water and mild soap before use.
2. Pour cold brew coffee base into keg.
3. Cut coffee hose according to keg height and insert into Spear.
4. Install faucet into spear body.
5. Connect the newly assembled tap system to the top of the keg by screwing it on.
6. Place non-thread N2 or N2O cartridge into SS cartridge holder.
7. Shake cold brew coffee and Nitrogen well, then put it to refrigerator for for 1 hour+.
8. Take whole setup from fridge, slowly pull the handle to open the nozzle, enjoy it!
