WiFi Monitoring and Sync Menu Settings: Using a 2.4GHz WiFi connection, you can set up and monitor the slow cooking process anytime, anywhere with the INKBIRD app. The smart app includes USDA-recommended meat menus with cooking temperature options and custom settings to make cooking easy for beginners. Your cooking selections can be mutually synchronized between the app and the ISV-101W.
Cooking Completion Pre-alarm and More: It supports the cooking completion pre-alarm function, so you can take out the meat in time to avoid overcooking due to residual heat in the water. For the perfect cooking result, you can also set a target temperature alarm, a cooking timer, and a cooking completion alarm so that the machine sounds an alarm and the app pushes an alarm notification to remind you when the food is ready.

Control: With its 0.1℃/0.3℉ measurement accuracy and calibration function, the ISV-101W can control temperature more accurately than most of its competitors on the market, and its wide temperature control range, 0-90°C/32-194°F, meets all daily cooking needs. With its advanced 3D water circulation heating technology, it can provide constant and even heat to any meat, easily retaining the meat’s moisture and original flavour for your dream texture and taste.
TFT Display and Easy Operating Buttons: The informative TFT screen has a wider viewing angle than previous versions and clearly displays cooking progress information such as cooking time, cooking temperature and food type. In addition, the ISV-101W uses a rotary knob for more convenient settings. You can also create a cooking program on the unit, and all settings will be synchronized with the app.
Delicacy Structure with Thoughtful Details: The ISV-101W has taken an entirely new look compared to the previous generations of INKBIRD sous vide machines. The milky-white casing and the gold-plated ring around the screen panel make it gorgeous.

Cooking Booking Function and Auto Off: Book a cooking time via the app and leave for work. The ISV-101W will start cooking at the preset time. To ensure safe use, the machine will automatically stop and you will receive a notification if the water in the pot exceeds the MAX water level or falls below the MIN water level. In addition, if the temperature probe fails, the machine’s safety mechanism is activated, preventing cooking failure or unexpected damage to the machine.
