    Very bad experience 😩😩😩Not recommended to anyoneThe good point I received it earlier 7 days from expected date of deliveryMy first impression is excellent computer but unfortunately after return period exceeded while I was working the screen became black many time , I contacted HP and they check online and they found SSD damaged more than 90% (this is damaged due to bad storage or manufacturing damage ) .Tha agency want the bill with serial number but unfortunately not provided by Amazon or the seller @ the end I fixed it from my pocketThe bad points are the quality of the camera and English keyboard without ArabicThey did mentioned it’s 32 not 64

    If you need a laptop this is it. The 14” for me is perfect for the backpack. You have just the right amount of room to put it in the backpack and not force it. The keyboard is awesome, the touch screen work very well and the weight, thickness and size are perfect. I would gladly buy a second and I did.

    I have bought many computers and laptops over the years, and this was by far the worst experience. I got an error message when it started up – it went by too fast but I think it was something about the BIOS. Whatever it was, it said it was resetting it. Setup went ok until I tried to access the Settings. It opened and then closed immediately. Went online to see how to fix it (it’s apparently an issue with 11), tried to fix it, it wouldn’t repair or reset – it just froze. Eventually, the system itself froze. I couldn’t access any icons on the taskbar – they were unresponsive. Then the last straw was the screen went black. Pressed the Windows key, nothing. Finally turned it off and let it sit. It finally came back up, and I tried to do a factory reset to get rid of my private info, but nothing responded. I can’t believe Windows created 11 – it’s a nightmare. I’m ordering a different brand with good old WIndows 10 Home and hopefully won’t be wasting time trying to get the operating system to cooperate and can instead get the laptop set up with my programs. I definitely DO NOT recommend the HP Pavillion, at least not this one. I wasn’t too fond of the keys either. Not enough depth or “bounce”?
